Dexacam is a fitness and wellness application designed to help you visualize your fitness transformation, track body composition, and monitor progress over time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dexacam. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Dexacam is designed for fitness and wellness purposes only.
The App provides estimated body composition insights and visualizations based on AI analysis. These estimates are for informational and motivational purposes and should not be considered medically accurate or diagnostic.
Dexacam does not replace professional fitness training, nutritional counseling, or medical care.

Dexacam is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Content and Photos
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to Dexacam. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and analyze that content to provide our services.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content that violates the rights of others or is inappropriate.
Account and Subscription
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others.
Dexacam may offer subscription plans. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Upload malicious content or viruses
Violate the rights of others
Misuse or abuse our support channels
Limitation of Liability
Dexacam Inc. provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
